Flower Arrangements
Contact us before placing an order or proceeding with payment to save time, avoid inconvenience, and double-check the following:
Preferred arrangement availability
Delivery
Customers are encouraged to pick up large arrangements by appointment as other items are more fragile and can no longer fit the delivery packaging.
Pick-up items are more affordable since prices are based on "product only" cost.
If the customer proceeds with payment and the arrangement is available, it is understood that we will pack your order in an ordinary box if needed for safe delivery.
The customer will shoulder delivery costs.
Please message us if you wish for a special or branded box. However, there will be an additional charge.
Location and lead time for delivery
We will send photos or videos for every order/s and "will wait for the confirmation of the customer before shipping out".
We offer nationwide delivery.
Same-day delivery within NCR and Pampanga except for other provinces which may take 2-3 days.
Lead time will be within 3-5 days for Visayas and 5-10 days in Mindanao.
Please make the most out of our partnered couriers as they have live customer support to track the order or we will send you a link to check for the live location of your order.
The number of shipment days depends on the courier.

Please take a video before opening your order as this will be evidence in case you need to do a return or exchange.
If the order is for someone or as a surprise present, have someone take the video on your behalf as this will serve as evidence in case you need to do a return or exchange.
Note that if the arrangement differs from the inspiration provided, we will substitute the flowers of equivalent value available and will not count as an incorrect item. (Please refer to Number 2).
We make sure changes in flower, color scheme, or overall arrangement are of the "same quality" as one of our priorities is to bring satisfaction to our customers with our arrangements.
We accept customized flower arrangements with a minimum of ₱2,500.
Flower bouquet:
Notify us day/s earlier to avoid the rush.
We offer and already have pre-made designs available for rush orders. (Please refer to Number 7).
Inspirational designs are considered customized arrangements since Blooming Tale releases all its arrangements in a "unique or just-for-you-made design" possible.
Souvenirs/Giveaways:
Notify us at least three weeks in advance, especially for bulk orders.
This limits the rush and failed planning for customers and Blooming Tale.
We always want our products and services to be as delightfully successful as possible.
Wedding entourage:
We cannot quote customized arrangements without giving us detailed information like:
Choices of flowers
Number of an entourage
Preferred arrangement
We can help and make arrangements based on the customer's budget, but mutual consideration is expected.
Again, we are trying to deliver our mission to every customer.
Rush orders:
We offer a rush service for certain services, but a rush fee may apply depending on the complexity of the customer's request. (Please refer to Number 6).
Direct orders "may be eligible for discounts", contact us for more information.
However, it is still encouraged to purchase on the website, a service fee is expected for the customer's convenience.
Treats and Sweets
Our cookies are freshly baked to order. Please pre-order to secure your treats and sweets!
Each box of cookies has different variations.
We cannot guarantee flavor availability when a customer orders cookies; only items in stock will be included in the box, especially for flavors with seasonal availability.
We will change flavors as best as possible to allow our customers to try all our modern artisanal cookies.
Each cookie is individually wrapped to ensure freshness and maintain sanitary conditions within our box packaging.
Order Placement
Minimum Order: one box includes six cookies in different variations.
Bulk Orders: Contact us directly for further assistance, especially for customized cookie gifts, souvenirs, themed parties, or special occasions.

Lead time and Cut-Off for minimum order: One day to ensure the freshness of cookies and timely delivery.
Orders placed before 5 PM will be baked and delivered the following day.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be baked and delivered the day after.
Lead time changes on weekends or holidays.

Customized Flavor Orders
We will cater to flavor preference with a minimum of three boxes which is 18 cookies in total.
Contact us to ensure that we can cater to your customized orders.
Pricing
Prices may vary periodically due to flavor availability and other factors.
General Allergen Warning: May contain wheat, milk, peanuts, or traces of tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews).
REMINDERS
Check your item as soon as possible.
Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, so we can rectify the situation and connect with the responsible party.
DELIVERY SURPRISE
The merchant, "Blooming Tale is not liable for service delivery failure such as failed or unpleasant surprise.
Blooming Tale is only responsible to book deliveries and other delivery instructions as requested by its customers.
Partner delivery courier will only advise Blooming Tale for issues of unsuccessful deliveries (Please refer to the "Additional Charges" Section) and will inform and reach out to its customers.
For other concerns, we will provide the courier with the customer/sender's contact number to communicate directly in rectifying the situation of the delivery.
Customers are still responsible to give accurate information in place or preference of their surprise to avoid inconvenience and emotional impact.
In the case that our delivery partner reaches out for the customer's help in any other way, please be considerate as they only rely on the information provided by the customer and Blooming Tale.
Please keep in mind that together: the customer, delivery partner, and Blooming Tale are one in making successful delivery surprises.
Rest assured that we will be doing our best in improving and satisfying our customers.
Blooming Tale will report reasonable complaints from customers to its partner delivery couriers.
Partnered delivery courier will fix service failure itself to its partnered merchant and customers.
REQUEST OF EXCHANGE
For the exchange of item/s, we will request the customer/s to email us proof of the incorrect or damaged item. (Please refer to "For Transparency Purposes, Number 4").
We will assess the customer's request and if approved, we will give you details on how and where to send the item.
We will be strict not to accept exchanges of items before assessment and approval.
Only approved requests are subject to an exchange.
Please note that under the "Balloon Blooms Category", once the customer receives the item in perfect condition, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges.
REFUND POLICY
! Customized orders/arrangements, giveaways, on-sale, and perishable items (fresh flowers) are non-refundable.
Customers are advised to order fresh flowers at their own risk. (Please refer to "For Transparency Purposes, Number 3").
! Customers are entitled to refunds from the original payment method used with the amount of the item purchased less the shipping fee and charges incurred during the payment and delivery processes.
This can take some time for banks to process and return the amount for a refund. Please refer to the table below:
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
We will also be charging fees to customers with unsuccessful deliveries.

Courier will not release the item without the payment of additional charges.
Please make sure to have someone receive the item in the absence of the buyer.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Merchant, "Blooming Tale" and our partnered couriers will be removed from any responsibilities or liabilities agreed upon in services and shipping for the consequences of Force Majeure.
